Little Lenni is a small, female-run design studio creating illustrated paper goods, based by the sea in Tivat, Montenegro. Every design is hand-illustrated with care and printed on sustainable materials, making each notebook, planner, and card feel like a small piece of art. The kind of thing you buy for someone else and end up keeping for yourself.
Although Little Lenni is currently a one-woman show, it has never truly been built alone. So many people have shown up along the way with their encouragement and support, and for that I am more grateful than I can say. Thank you for being here, for choosing to shop small, and for supporting independent creative businesses, it means everything.
Sustainability
As both a small business owner working with paper and a person who shares this planet with you, I feel a deep responsibility to tread as lightly as possible. From the very beginning, I have put enormous thought and energy into creating products that support fair work practices, minimise environmental impact, and are made to be loved rather than discarded. Coming from a small European country outside the EU, that has not always been straightforward, but it has always been worth it. As part of that commitment, I will donate at least 1% of annual revenue to One Tree Planted, an environmental charity dedicated to reforesting our planet.

I‘m Milica, an illustrator, designer, and mother of two small children. Little Lenni is a small design studio creating illustrated paper goods – run by me. We are based by the sea in Tivat, Montenegro.
Before becoming a mother, I worked as an illustrator in editorial and advertising, winning numerous awards and working with clients including The New York Times, The New Yorker, ELLE Magazine, Apple, Psychologies Magazine, and many more. It was a career built around images that lived on screens and in magazines – beautiful work, but always in service of someone else’s story.
Becoming a mother changed everything. During both of my postpartum periods, I found myself thinking about making something more tangible – objects that could carry my illustrations into the world in a different way. Something you could hold, write in, send to someone you love. Every single illustration you see on this website was created while my babies were napping, in those quiet stolen hours that felt entirely my own.
I always say that motherhood gave me enormous strength and an unexpected superpower – the ability to create something just for me out of the one thing I had least of, and that is spare time. I’m so glad I get to share it with you.
Little Lenni products are designed to be more than just functional. They are small pieces of art that happen to also be a notebook, a planner, or a card – the kind of thing you pick up, fall in love with, and can’t quite put down. Made with care, printed on sustainable materials, and packed by hand in our little studio by the sea.

We make
At Little Lenni, we create illustrated paper goods designed to be used, loved, and kept. Our collection includes greeting cards for every occasion, notebooks, pocket notebooks, notepads, weekly planners, and reading journals, each one featuring original hand-illustrated artwork and printed on sustainable materials. The kind of everyday essentials that feel like a little piece of art.
Sustainable Papers
We are committed to using only paper from certified sustainable forests across all our products – from our greeting cards and envelopes to our notebooks, planners, and reading journals. All our products and packaging are 100% recyclable, and we never use plastic coating on any of our paper goods.
Packaging
We don’t wrap our greeting cards in plastic cellophane.. Our cards are shipped without plastic packaging, protected instead by a board-backed envelope. If you find our cards in store, any protective sleeve you see will be made from corn starch, which is an annually renewable, fully biodegradable and compostable material.
For wholesale orders heading to bricks-and-mortar stockists, we ship in second-use packaging wherever possible, reusing boxes and packing paper to minimise waste. All our boxes are sealed with recyclable, compostable paper tape, and your orders are protected using paper wrap rather than plastic.
