Once you place an order with us, we promptly process it within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Notification and Order tracking

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email containing all the necessary shipping information, including a tracking number. Please note that depending on the courier, it may take up to 2 business days for the tracking link to become active.

Delivery Timeframe

While we make every effort to ensure a swift delivery, please understand that local delivery conditions are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe for the delivery of your order to your selected destination. Cancellation before order shipping

Unfortunately, you can only cancel your order if we have not yet packed and shipped it. If you want to cancel an order, please send an email to info@littlelenni.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” as soon as possible.

Customs

PLEASE NOTE: As a business registered in Montenegro and exempt from VAT, the prices displayed on our website do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) for any customers, including those within the European Union (EU) or outside of it, such as the USA and Canada. However, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities may apply upon import. The customer is responsible for these charges, which are not included in the total order value. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. We will deduct transportation costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation from the total amount refunded to you. Check with local customs or relevant authorities to understand potential duties and taxes.
